Jenna McGowan grew up in a small town of Sharon, Massachusetts with her mother, father and younger sister. As a young girl she had an extraordinary imagination and loved putting on self-made plays for her family and friends. Jenna loved being the center of attention and captured the hearts of everyone and still does to this day. She was very active in sports, where as the underdog in swimming, Jenna overcame many obstacles and said it was her determination, passion and drive that helped her succeed and become league all star, conference champion and head to states in the 100 fly. Her sense of determination and drive continued prior to acting as Jenna attended the University of New Hampshire for undergrad where she received bachelors in science in occupational therapy. After college she went to Simmons College where she received a Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis. She is a certified BCBA and worked many years with children with autism. Jenna always had a love for acting. Since she was 7 years old she had dreamed of someday moving to California to be in Television and Movies. With a turn of events after graduate school Jenna was able to begin her career as an actress in Boston, Massachusetts. She worked on many short and independent films, commercials, print ads and two web series both of which were selected for the LA Web Series film Festivals. Jenna was awarded the best overall actress for a mockumentary series "The Cold Read" at the LA Web Series film festival. Finally in the spring of 2013 She moved to California to continue following her dreams to become an actress in TV and Feature Films.
